Dining In Saturday May 15
A fabulous west coast dinner with Alsatian Bacon Tart, Radish Salad, Oven Roasted Herb Potatoes, Baked Halibut with Wasabi,Soy, Honey and Lime, Roasted Asparagus with Red Pepper Relish, followed by Chocolate Raspberry Pavlova for dessert. 18 of us enjoyed this wonderful menu and a really fun evening. Sorry, no pictures this time.............too busy eating and talking! Thanks to our hostess and hosts Chris, Bill, Andrea and Ed.
